Maybe I don’t exactly know who said it but at least I’ve heard it, and I'm sure everyone has…. ‘Never leave it for tomorrow what you can do today’ or something like that…..and I know someone really smart said it sometime in history and we repeat the same words but rarely does anyone follow it……

I keep putting off things for later, actually everybody does it, but I’m not sure why. Maybe we are just wired that way or maybe just coz life is messy. But as far as I can guess, it has a lot to do with fear….fear of rejection, fear of failure or maybe fear of just making a decision ....coz what if we're wrong?? what if we make a mistake we can't undo??? what if we hurt someone? or ourselves......

No matter how many times we’ve heard it from our parents, aunts, teachers, or some damn poets and philosophers……or how many different versions we’ve heard of it…..we somehow never listen….we keep pushing the possibilities of today into a dark closet of tomorrows, until we can’t anymore. We keep running away from something…..until we can’t anymore…..

But the thing is, sooner or later we have to make our own mistakes….we have to learn our own lessons…we have to take responsibilities….until we can finally understand and see for ourselves what these ‘wise words’ actually mean…..

Coz knowing is always better than wondering….. Coz no matter how big the failure or how bad the ‘worst’ is…..it always beat the hell out of never trying and wondering for the rest of our lives, ‘what if…..’
